STORAGE & PREP
Store frozen. Cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

MICROWAVE (800W/900W)
Remove the outer packaging and pierce the tray film lid several times. Place the tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 5 minutes. Peel back the film, add 3 dessert spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments, then replace the film lid and cook for 4 minutes (800W) or 3 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Let the meal cool for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN (200C / FAN 180C / GAS 6)
Pre-heat the oven. Remove the outer packaging and pierce the tray film lid several times. Place it on a baking tray in the oven and bake for about 26 minutes. Carefully peel back the film, add 3 dessert spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments, then replace the film lid and cook for a further 12 minutes. Remove the tray and let the meal cool for 1 minute before serving
