STORAGE & PREP
Store frozen. Cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

MICROWAVE (800W/900W)
Remove the outer packaging and pierce the tray film lid several times. Place the tray in the microwave and cook on full power for 5 minutes. Peel back the film, ensuring all pasta is covered with sauce, then replace the film lid and cook for 2 minutes (800W) or 1 minute 30 seconds (900W). Let the meal cool for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN (200C/ 180C FAN/ GAS 6)
Pre-heat the oven. Remove the outer packaging and pierce the tray film lid several times. Place it on a baking tray in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Carefully peel back the film, ensuring all pasta is covered with sauce, then replace the film lid and cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove the tray and let the meal cool for 1 minute before serving
