Keep refridgerated (0-5°C) cook and consume on the day the package is opened. Or if buying frozen, keep frozen.

Pan Fry

Heat pan to medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of oil and smash (press) the burgers with a spatula*. Cook Beyond Smash thoroughly, for at least 6 minutes, turning product frequently.
* If needed, use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and spatula to prevent sticking.

BBQ

Preheat the BBQ to 240-250 °C. Grill the Beyond Smash for 6 minutes at 240-250 °C and turn halfway.

Airfryer

Preheat the airfryer at 180 °C. Cook the Beyond Smash at 180 °C for 8 minutes.
