1. If frozen, thaw the brats overnight in a refrigerator.
2. Skewer the brats on to the skewer (have the skewers more than half way in). Place in the freezer for approximately 20 mins.
3. Pour three quarts of oil in a pot big enough to fry the corn dog and start heating up the oil. Heat oil to 350 F.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the liquid ingredients.
5. Mix until all the ingredients are fully combined. The batter will be thick.
6. Pour the batter into a tall large cup that is big enough for the brat to be dipped in.
7. Pull out the brats and dip them into the batter.
8. Dip the battered brats into the oil and fry for 6 to 8 minutes.
9. The brats should be cooked to 165 F.
10. Let the brats cool, and enjoy!
