Beyond Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl

1. In a medium bowl or cup mix together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, light brown sugar, honey or agave, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

2. In a lightly oiled large pan over medium heat, add onions and sauté until translucent. Add Beyond Beef and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.

3. Add the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until reduced.

4. Serve with white rice, blanched veggies and optionally garnish with sesame seeds, and green onions. Enjoy!
