9 oz. Beyond Meat Lightly Seasoned Chicken-free Strips 1-cup whole-wheat flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. cayenne 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 cup soy milk 1 1/2 cups vegan buffalo wing sauce Oil for frying

Preparation

Heat oil in deep pot until 360° F Combine salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika and flour Coat Beyond Meat strips in soy milk and then roll in flour mixture Deep fry 5-6 pieces at a time until golden brown Drain on plate lined with paper towel Coat fried strips with spicy buffalo sauce Serve immediately with celery, carrots and vegan ranch dressing
