Spicy Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 9 oz. Beyond Meat Lightly Seasoned Chicken-free Strips
  • 1-cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan buffalo wing sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Heat oil in deep pot until 360° F
  • Combine salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika and flour
  • Coat Beyond Meat strips in soy milk and then roll in flour mixture
  • Deep fry 5-6 pieces at a time until golden brown
  • Drain on plate lined with paper towel
  • Coat fried strips with spicy buffalo sauce
  • Serve immediately with celery, carrots and vegan ranch dressing
