The Beyond Burger®

1 Beyond Burger patty

1 box of your favorite flavor Millet Tots by Rollingreens

1 handful of vegan chedar cheese

Vegan sour cream

Chopped green onion


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Spread the millet tots evenly on the baking sheet, place on center rack.

3. Cook the Beyond Burger for 6 minutes on the stove, breaking it into beef crumble like pieces.

4. In a bowl, pile the millet tots onto on another.

5. Top the millet tots with the Beyond Burger crumbles, sour cream, and green onions.

6. Enjoy!
