BBQ Beyond Beef Pizza

Our household has 1 gluten free,vegetarian, 1 vegetarian and and 2 vegans... Needless to say dinner time is an adventure. My new favorite recipe is a pizza that I make on an 7" gluten free crust from Venice Bakery (SoCal Whole Foods carry the crust, otherwise check your frozen aisle for other GF options).

1 Gluten Free pizza crust

2 TBL BBQ sauce of choice

1 Onion (chopped/sliced)

1/2 cup Beyond Meat Beefy Crumbles

1/4 cup Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds

Sriracha sauce (optional)


Pull frozen crust out of freezer

Spread the BBQ sauce on the frozen crust

Add onion to your liking

Spread Beyond Meat Beefy Crumbles over entire pizza

Spread daiya Chedder Style Shreds over entire pizza

Bake in pre-heated oven at 400°F, for 7 min. or until crust is brown on edges

Add Sriracha sauce for a little kick!
